I will make space for you, in an empathic, non-judgmental way. As a STAIR-certified therapist, I work in an experiential, somatic way using parts work when if feels right.

In our sessions, I’ll accompany you as you deepen your relationship to all parts of yourself- both the parts that feel stuck as well as your innate strengths like hope, creativity and resilience to build trust with yourself - now and in the future. We’ll use techniques backed by brain science, meditation, and other creative and science-based ways to develop deep self confidence and self-trust.
