STAIR Method Deliberate Practice Groups & Experiential Groups for Therapists & Coaches

I offer consultation, experiential groups, and training for therapists and coaches seeking depth, skillfulness, and integrity in their clinical work. My offerings include STAIR method informed (Self-Trust and Integrated Resiliency) consultation, experiential therapy groups, and peer spaces for clinicians interested in experiential, relational, and liberation-informed practice. My spaces are often described as soft places to land where aloneness is undone with care and gentleness. I work with therapists virtually across the US and internationally.

Jules Taylor Shore talks to Sanaa about her role as STAIR Method Deliberate Practice Guide

Words from group member

“What I found most helpful was the warm and safe space Sanaa created for us to learn, explore, and be vulnerable together. There was a genuine sense of connection that made the work feel personal rather than simply instructional. I felt supported enough to experiment, make mistakes, ask questions, and stretch myself. That combination of safety, connection, and challenge made the experience especially powerful for me.”
