Being a practitioner can be lonely. Community can be the soft place where you’re no longer holding it all alone and something new can emerge.
If that sounds like the thing you're craving, I'd love to guide you. I'm Sanaa: a STAIR Method certified therapist who runs Deliberate Practice groups, and this is my Experiential Consult Group: Undoing Aloneness Together.
I built this group after 22 years in business — 11 of them as a therapist in private practice. That mix matters here: this is one of the few spaces where your clinical questions and your practice-building questions get taken equally seriously, alongside whatever's alive for you personally. As therapists, we live integrated lives. Sometimes all of our parts need tending.
I love facilitating groups for therapists - and holding a space that allows for both personal and professional growth and evolution.
6 months of undoing aloneness
We meet in an intimate, supportive space where authentic connection can unfold and a true community of peers can grow. This is a place to feel seen, heard, and supported—a space that helps undo the aloneness so many of us experience in our work.
Rooted in my STAIR training and drawing on experiential approaches such as parts-based work, this group offers a unique blend of learning through experience, being held by community, and growing resiliency over time.
This small, 6-month experiential group is for therapists and coaches who want a soft place to land, deepen connection, and grow self-trust. This is a space for clinical consultations, business consultations and personal ones, too. As therapists we live integrated lives and sometimes we need all of our parts to be tended to. With my guidance, the group supports one another in strengthening resiliency, cultivating relational skills, and tuning into inherent wisdom as it emerges.
What Makes this Group Unique
This a hybrid consultation and experiential group, held in a specialized container for therapists and coaches who value group work and understand how much change can happen in trusted peer relationships—often in ways individual therapy or consultations alone cannot reach.
During each of our sessions, two participants will be able to use their allotted time to work with Sanaa on clinical questions, personal/ relational issues, or practice building questions. The participant’s material is often explored more deeply and experientially in each session, while the rest of the group learns through witnessing, resonance, and then through shared reflection.
What Tends to Unfold Over Time
As the group settles and trust builds, participants often notice a greater sense of grounding and self-trust, increased capacity to stay present inside difficult clinical moments, and a softening of isolation. Many describe feeling like they have more access to skills with their clients, more courage about using interventions, and more compassionate toward themselves and their clients. The work unfolds slowly allowing insight, connection, and wisdom to emerge organically.
Undo Professional Aloneness
Feel seen, held, and supported in a small, trusted circle that understands the demands of your work. Create connection and build peer relationships.
What You’ll Gain
Clinical Skills & Practice Support
Dedicated time to bring a case, a hard clinical moment, or a practice-building question, and work through it experientially rather than just talking about it.
Self-Trust & Resiliency
Strengthen your intuition, access resilience, and gain clarity for work and life.
Experiential Skills
Deepen relational presence and learn experiential, parts-based, and creative approaches.
This group is for therapists and coaches who:

Are endeavoring to practice through a decolonial lens and reflect on power, culture, and ethics
Crave belonging, community, and less isolation in their work
Want to be held as humans—not as healers or experts
