Being a practitioner can be lonely. Community can be the soft place where you’re no longer holding it all alone and something new can emerge.
Sound like the very thing you’re craving? Join my group, I’d love to guide you towards more self-trust in my Experiential Process Group “Undoing Aloness Together”.
My work is informed by years of relational therapy practice, experiential group facilitation, STAIR Method certification, and ongoing Deliberate Practice training with Jules Taylor Shore. I am an adjunct professor at NYU and regularly work with therapists seeking to deepen confidence, presence, and relational attunement…not just in their clinical work but (especially) in life!
6 months of undoing aloneness
We meet in an intimate, supportive space where authentic connection can unfold and a true community of peers can grow. This is a place to feel seen, heard, and supported—a space that helps undo the aloneness so many of us experience in our work.
Rooted in my STAIR training and drawing on experiential approaches such as somatic and parts-based work, this group offers a unique blend of learning through experience, being held by community, and growing resiliency over time.
This small, 6-month experiential group is for therapists and coaches who want a soft place to land, deepen connection, and grow self-trust. Together, we explore the challenges and relational dynamics that arise in both our professional and personal lives within a group therapy format. With my guidance, the group supports one another in strengthening resiliency, cultivating relational skills, and tuning into inherent wisdom as it emerges.
What Makes this Group Unique
This is group therapy, held in a specialized container for therapists and coaches who value group work and understand how much change can happen in trusted peer relationships—often in ways individual therapy alone cannot reach.
This is not a class, supervision hour, or traditional consultation group. It is a long-term experiential process space where learning happens through being in relationship together. One participant’s material is often explored more deeply in each session, while the rest of the group learns through witnessing, resonance, and shared reflection.
What Tends to Unfold Over Time
As the group settles and trust builds, participants often notice a greater sense of grounding and self-trust, increased capacity to stay present inside difficult clinical moments, and a softening of isolation. Many describe feeling more regulated, more courageous, and more compassionate toward themselves and their clients. The work unfolds slowly and relationally, allowing insight, connection, and wisdom to emerge organically.
