You’re a skilled therapist or coach. But you still feel stuck, tired or agitated after sessions…
Often, great practitioners like you are not missing more skills, trainings or certifications. Those are great. But in those moments when session is ending or just after you hit “end meeting” you wonder “am I really as good as I thought?” or “If I love this job then why do I feel stuck?”…or even “I’m trained so why do I feel like I’m not enough?”
I’ve been here. And there is a practice I’ve learned over the years that can help in these exact moments.
And I teach this practice in small groups to highly perceptive, mindful and reflective practitioners like you.
It’s the practice of noticing.
See, when you notice, you start to tap into your own wisdom. Thats the part of you that has great ideas about how to use your skills and trainings.
But if you don’t have a practice of checking in (and we’re so busy, it’s hard to add yet another thing to do), then we overlook important information. Our wisdom goes unheard. The stuck feelings stay. They turn into burnout.
I designed this easy workbook for practitioners just like you. This is a taste of what I walk you through in 30 Days of Presence, my full 30-day session by session practice to help you become more present, get in touch with your own wisdom, and to use your skills and training.
Once my freebie link lands in your inbox, open it up, do the prompts and come back for your full 30 Days of Presence Workbook.
I’m on this journey with you,
Sanaa
