Strengthen Your Presence as a Therapist—Without Burning Out
Show up with more clarity, compassion, and emotional steadiness—without absorbing what isn’t yours.
Guided Reflection Journals
Over the years, both in my work as a psychotherapist and in my own life, I’ve seen how powerful thoughtful self-reflection can be. When I was moving through a difficult chapters in my life and therapy alone wasn’t giving me the clarity I needed, it was my journaling practice that helped me slow down, listen inward, and begin to understand what was unfolding inside me.
These guided journals grew from that experience and from more than a decade of working with individuals, couples, and groups.
Each journal contains therapist-designed prompts that invite you to explore your inner world with curiosity and honesty. Rather than offering quick answers, the questions and exercises are meant to create space for reflection, insight, and the gradual development of self-trust.
My hope is that these journals support you in building a deeper relationship with yourself and in becoming an active collaborator in your own story.
The journals are available as softcover books on Amazon, click here to be taken to the store.
